I’m in my 50s, live in San Antonio, have been married for thirty years, and have three grown daughters. For twenty years or so I was a minister at Covenant Baptist Church, a delightfully quirky little community of faith. I loved them; they loved me; it was nice. I left the world of ministry and church in 2010. Now I do computer work.
In 2002 I started an anonymous blog called Real Live Preacher that kind of took off and became a thing for a few years, back when blogs were a thing. I guess they still are a thing but not as much of a thing as they were then.
That blog led to some books and some other writing, blah blah blah, and here I am now. This sounds kind of trite, but I write because I really love writing and I don’t know how not to write.
